Legal notice — AAA Sentinel

1. Website owner

In accordance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI), these are the details of the owner of this website and of the AAA Sentinel platform:

As a natural person, the owner is not registered in the Commercial Register. Once the company that will provide the service is incorporated, its details will replace these.

2. Purpose

This notice governs the use of the AAA Sentinel website, both the public pages and the application. Contracting the service is also governed by the Terms and Conditions, and the processing of personal data by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

3. Use of the website

You agree to use the site lawfully, without harming its operation or trying to access areas or data you are not authorised to access. Use of the contracted platform is governed by section 8 of the Terms.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, design, code, logos and the AAA Sentinel brand belong to their owner or are used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute or transform them for commercial purposes without written permission. Third-party marks shown, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud, belong to their owners and are cited only to indicate which services the platform works with.

5. Content and links

We try to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or change without notice. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and we do not control their content. If you find unlawful content on this site or behind a link, write to compliance@aaa-sentinel.com: we will remove it or disable the link as soon as we have actual knowledge of it.

6. Commercial communications

We only send commercial communications by email to people who have expressly agreed to receive them, and each one includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Service emails, such as alerts, billing or account notices, are not commercial communications.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Toledo (Spain), unless the law mandatorily provides for a different venue.
