When you sign up you get 30 days with every Pro plan feature, no credit card required. When it ends you stay on the Free plan, with no expiry date: one cloud account, one user, 3 scans a week, 7 days of history and 3 monitors. Choose Pro or Business at any time; meanwhile your data stays. The trial is one per organization.
Each thing we watch separately: a URL, a health endpoint, a cloud resource (a function, a queue, a table) or a cron that checks in with us. An end-to-end flow counts separately: each pack includes 3. Everything adds up per organization, whatever cloud or account it lives in.
Probes run in our account. Your bill may show metric reads (on AWS up to about USD 0.20 per resource per month at 10 minutes; on Azure the first million queries a month are free, and on GCP the first million time series read), the monitors’ requests to your API and, for flows, what your chain runs with each test and the log searches.
If in your first 60 days on a paid plan we do not detect potential savings of at least 10 times your monthly fee, or at least 10 % of your analysed monthly spend if that figure is lower, we refund what you paid. Ask support before day 75; we refund the invoices of that period from Stripe and your organization stays on the Free plan. Once per organization, with at least one account connected and scanned over 30 days and an analysed spend of €100 a month or more. We measure the potential savings we detect, not the ones you decide to apply.
